How the dashboard interprets signals
Anchored = extensor activity above threshold + sustained surface pressure + low variability.
Partial = extensor active but pressure reduced or variability rising.
Lifted = pressure drops + extensor dips or becomes unstable.

ACI (0–100) combines: % anchored, mean anchor duration, micro-lift count, variability, and fatigue slope.
